The respondents rate the telephone and personal contact with the triage nurses with an 8.3. More than 90% indicate that the triage nurse takes enough time for the conversation, approaches the patient seriously, listens attentively and explains things in an understandable way.

The general practitioners score a nice 8.5. About 87% of patients feel well served by the care of their GP.

The organization of the Huisartenpost Gorinchem received an 8.2 from the participants in the survey. As an important point of attention, they mention the waiting times, and especially inform patients about the current waiting times.
